INITIAL & A LA CARTE APPOINTMENTS
Initial 60 minute consultations are $249.
Non-member appointments $100 a cannot be used for ongoing treatments. Patients needing ongoing treatment must have a membership. Examples of a la carte appointments are stitches removal, sports physicals, etc.
We accept cash, credit card and HSA/FSA.
MEMBERSHIPS & PRICING
Insurance, Pricing, and Payment Options
Glow Health & Wellness is a cash-based practice, meaning we do not bill insurance. This model allows us to provide longer visits, same-week appointments, and individualized treatment plans without insurance limitations or approval delays.
We gladly accept HSA/FSA funds for eligible medical services and prescriptions, and are more than happy to issue you an invoice for insurance reimbursements.

• Essentials Plan
Best for patients primarily seeking hormone balance and optimization with ongoing medical oversight and prescription management. This plan is ideal for individuals who want expert guidance, stable treatment plans, and foundational wellness support without frequent visits or expanded treatment goals.
• Wellness Plan
Ideal for patients whose goals include hormone balance plus weight loss, energy improvement, metabolic health, or lifestyle optimization. This plan offers more frequent touchpoints, broader treatment support, and ongoing guidance to help patients actively work toward specific health and wellness goals.
• Primary Care & Functional Medicine Plan
Designed for patients who want comprehensive medical care including full primary care services, chronic condition management, deeper diagnostic evaluation, and functional medicine support. This plan is best for those seeking a long-term medical relationship with more complex or ongoing health needs.
Memberships & Pricing at Glow Health and Wellness
Our memberships are designed for patients who need ongoing medical oversight for hormone therapy, peptide therapy, medical weight loss, functional medicine, or primary care services.
You do not need a membership to take advantage of our IV Therapy and Aesthetics offerings.
Memberships provide structured access to your provider, ongoing prescription management, clinical monitoring, and follow-up care. They are not required to receive care, but active medical management is required for ongoing prescriptions and treatment adjustments.
Patients may also choose visit-by-visit care if preferred.
Why Memberships Matter
Hormones, peptides, weight-loss medications, and functional medicine treatments require ongoing monitoring to remain safe and effective. Memberships allow your provider to appropriately manage prescriptions, review progress, address side effects, and make adjustments as needed over time.
Ongoing prescriptions and refills require active clinical care, which may be provided through a membership or scheduled follow-up visits as determined by your provider.
Laboratory Testing & Medications
Laboratory testing and medications are not included in membership pricing. All labs are ordered by your provider when medically appropriate and billed separately at transparent, discounted cash pricing whenever available.
Medications, peptides, and supplements are also billed separately.
Prescription Management & Refills
Ongoing prescriptions, refills, and dose adjustments require active clinical care. This may be provided through an active membership or through scheduled follow-up visits as determined by your provider.
Automatic refill coordination is available only while patients remain under active care and meet required follow-up and monitoring guidelines.
Telehealth Availability
Telehealth appointments are available for eligible services, allowing patients to receive follow-up care and ongoing management when appropriate.
