About Angie Davis, Managing Partner at Glow Health & Wellness 

At Glow Health & Wellness, Angie Davis serves as one of the Managing Partners and the heart behind the clinic’s mission. A lifelong entrepreneur with more than 20 years of business ownership and leadership experience, Angie brings a unique blend of creativity, compassion, and strategic vision to Glow. Her passion has always been helping others—especially women—feel empowered, supported, and understood.

Born and raised in Arkansas, Angie built multiple successful businesses before moving to Destin, Florida, in 2025. Throughout her career, she became known for creating brands centered around connection, community, and genuine care. But her journey into the wellness world was personal long before it became professional. Like many women, Angie spent years feeling unheard in traditional healthcare settings. She began her own hormone journey in 2018, searching for answers and finally discovering the life-changing impact of being truly listened to. That experience ignited a deep passion for supporting women in their own health journeys and became a driving force behind her involvement in Glow.

In 2025, Angie and her husband, Brian Davis, joined forces with Casey Posey, MSN, APRN-BC, becoming Managing Partners of Glow Health & Wellness. The partnership was built on shared values and a shared vision: to create a clinic where women and men receive meaningful, root-cause care and are treated with the respect, time, and compassion they deserve. For Angie, Glow represents both a calling and a personal mission—to help others avoid the struggles she once faced and to ensure no one feels dismissed on their path to better health.

While Angie does not work directly with patients, her influence shapes every part of the patient experience. Serving as Glow’s Marketing Director, she crafts the clinic’s voice, communication, and community presence. Her goal is to make every person feel welcomed long before their first appointment and supported throughout their journey. She works closely with Casey and the team to maintain an environment where people feel safe, hopeful, and truly cared for.

Angie believes deeply in faith, family, and purpose, and those values guide her leadership. She sees Glow as more than a wellness clinic—it is a place where lives change, confidence is rebuilt, and people finally feel heard. Her own healing journey gives her a unique empathy for patients who walk through the doors unsure, overwhelmed, or searching for answers.

Today, Angie continues to help guide Glow’s growth and vision, ensuring the clinic remains a place built on compassion, excellence, and meaningful connection. Her greatest hope is that every patient who chooses Glow feels understood, supported, and one step closer to becoming the healthiest version of themselves.
