this is how it works
We are a cash pay concierge clinic, meaning that we do not accept insurance for services. This allows us to take as much time as needed with each client to thoroughly understand her health history, lifestyle, and thus be equipped to address her individual needs. In this model we are also able to order lab work, targeted supplementation, and medications without constraints. You may use insurance to pay for lab work and we accept HSA/FSA for payment for services.
Here are the steps to get started:
Schedule your initial consultation and a welcome email will be sent to you.
Fill out intake forms prior to consultation to help us to get to know you.
You will meet with your Nurse Practitioner and lab work will be ordered and can be drawn at a local lab.
Your Nurse Practitioner will go over lab work results with you once completed and together you will formulate a unique personalized plan that will send you soaring toward your goals.
